Week 4-2, I took the supplemental route

I have finished my second workout of Week 4-2.  I chose to add the supplemental week podcast before going from Week 4 to Week 5.  At Week 5, you run three 8 minute intervals.  I felt that was a huge jump, doubling your running time.  I would like to thank Todd for adding that supplement.  I feel much more confident with a 6 minute run now.  I can do the Week 5 thing now.  I can't believe how much better conditioned I am feeling.  I am not about to fall over every time I jog.  I am still slow,  I average about a 16 minute mile but I am gaining ground every day.  I plan to enter a real 5K in June.  Training 5 days a week.  I hope to be ready to run the whole thing by then.  This has been a great training tool for me.  A huge kudos to @ToddLange.  Have a great week.
